You are not the only one carrying invisible weight.

Motherhood is rich and meaningful and also relentless. From the minute you wake to the moment you close your eyes, the mental to-do list runs long. Beneath the surface, there's the quiet hum of guilt, perfectionism, comparison, and self-doubt. And sometimes, it all feels like too much.

This workshop is a gentle invitation to pause. To notice. To reset.

💫 What is this workshop about?

The Mother Load is a 2-hour guided self-awareness workshop for mothers who want to feel more present, powerful, and less pressured. It's a space to tune inward, reflect deeply, and understand the patterns that quietly shape how you show up for yourself, your child, your work, and your relationships.

If you experienced inner thoughts like:

  • The voice that says, “I should be doing more.”

  • The inner critic whispers, “I’m not doing it right.”

  • The procrastinator says, “Let’s do it later.”

  • Perfectionism says, “You’re not ready yet.”

  • The impostor syndrome says, “You don’t know what you’re doing.”

  • And more…

This workshop is for you.

🌀 What You’ll Experience

🖋️ Guided Reflection: Pause to tune in and explore where you feel stretched, stuck, or silently weighed down.

🎭 Interactive Activity: This is not a sit-back-and-listen kind of session. It will be an interactive session.

💬 Group Insight & Sharing: There’s something powerful about hearing another mother speak what you’ve felt but never said out loud. Expect moments of resonance and quiet transformation.

🌿 Personal Discovery & Empowerment: Many would leave with a renewed sense of clarity, connection, or softness. You might uncover a new way of seeing yourself, or a gentle next step to take.

🧰 Aligned Action Tools: You’ll take home simple, practical tools to keep you grounded, clear, and in deeper self-trust in your day-to-day.

🛋 Who This Is For

  • You often feel pulled in all directions and crave more inner steadiness

  • You want to stop being so hard on yourself

  • You’re open to inner reflection and want to shift from autopilot to awareness

  • You’re ready to meet your inner world with softness, not judgment

❤️ You don’t have to figure this out alone.

This is your invitation to breathe, reflect, and be held as you shape a life that works for you, as a mother, a professional, and a whole human being.

👋 About Me: Eliza, Certified Life Coach

I trained and became a certified life coach in 2023 while pregnant with my third child, giving birth, and caring for my newborn. That journey shaped me deeply. It taught me firsthand what it means to hold space for others and for myself, even in the most tender and stretched-out seasons of life.

I am pursuing a second coaching certification through a US-based ICF-accredited institution to deepen my skills further and serve people at every stage with clarity, compassion, and integrity.

I bring together lived experience, professional training, and a deep reverence for transitioning into motherhood and beyond. My work is grounded in empathy and designed to help you reconnect with who you are, not just as a parent but as a whole, powerful woman.

Because you are allowed to take up space. You are allowed to grow. And your story is far from over.

Real results.

  • At the start of the call, I voiced my frustrations and my thoughts were all over the place. As I went along, Eliza kept helping summarise my feelings, thoughts and triggers and it started to put things into perspective. At the end of my session, I felt very much at ease and grounded which was a big takeaway for an hour of coaching. She even followed up with some pointers and wallpapers to remind myself of my core desired feelings. Would highly recommend Eliza's coaching with my own experience as I've benefited greatly from it.

  • I would describe it as therapeutic and a bit cathartic. You acknowledged the issue for what it is, helped to describe it in simple terms without diminishing or downplaying the issue and then forced me to kind of internalise and look within myself to understand the issue better and identify the driving force behind my actions. It is different from talking to a friend or a close family member who would usually attach an emotion to the issue and the conversation might spiral into a more emotional route.

  • I appreciate how Eliza provides fresh perspective and insight. Our coaching call was useful because it helped me reframe my thoughts and examine the underlying issues. If you haven’t been coached before, Eliza’s candid and friendly approach will put you at ease.

 FAQs

  • Not at all. Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to participate in the way that feels most comfortable for you, whether that’s reflecting privately in your journal or speaking in the group.

  • No, this is not a therapy session. It’s a reflective coaching-style workshop focused on self-awareness, personal insight, and gentle empowerment. You’ll be guided with prompts and activities, not asked to process anything you're not ready for.

  • Yes! This workshop is grounded and accessible. It’s about getting curious about your inner patterns and reconnecting with your clarity, not about fixing or “healing” you.

  • Bring a journal, a pen, and a comfortable space where you can show up with presence.

  • If you’ve ever identified as a mother in any form, whether you're in the early newborn days, parenting older kids, or simply navigating the identity of motherhood, this space is for you. There is no one way to be a mother here.

  • I strongly encourage you to attend the full session to get the most out of it, but we understand things come up. You’re welcome to leave quietly if needed, just let us know in advance if possible.

  • To honour the reflective and emotionally attuned nature of this space, it's best to come without your child so you can fully focus on yourself.

I know this isn't always possible, if you’re unsure or need support to attend, feel free to reach out privately.

  • Absolutely. This space is open to anyone navigating the identity of motherhood, including mothers-to-be who want to explore their inner patterns before baby arrives.

  • Life with children is unpredictable, I understand. While there are no refunds, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a future session (I usually run this monthly). Just drop me an email as early as you can.

  • We keep group sizes intentionally small, usually between 10 to 20 participants, to create a safe, supportive space for meaningful reflection and connection.

  • No, this session will not be recorded to protect the privacy and vulnerability of everyone in the space. We invite you to show up live and fully present.
