“It was such an enlightening time learning from Eliza on breastfeeding. Her class boosted my confidence to start the journey and I know I'll not be alone as she is like a caring friend to reach out for if I face any challenges or question. Super recommend her classes for mommies to be!”

No.
There are tons of antennal classes out there to prepare you for birth and labour. I would suggest you to attend a prenatal birth class that is taught by a birth doula or a certified birthing educator, whom are highly certified to educate parents on this topic.
One example is Maud, a Certified Hypnobirthing Educator from BlissInBirth.
To learn swaddling, bathing, burping and changing diaper for a newborn comes with just a few days of practice in the hospital and at home. The nurses at the hospital will demonstrate to you upon request, or you can join an antenatal class from hospitals.
