The Responsive Parenting & Fourth Trimester topics are more informational-based and less interactive in a live setting.
To allow more time to focus on in-depth breastfeeding learning and practice during the live session, this part will be sent to you afterwards as a bonus 20-minute recording.
You'll have access to this recording for up to 6 months so you can review it whenever you'd like and allow you to learn at your own pace.

No.
There are tons of antennal classes out there to prepare you for birth and labour. I would suggest you to attend a prenatal birth class that is taught by a birth doula or a certified birthing educator, whom are highly certified to educate parents on this topic.
One example is Maud, a Certified Hypnobirthing Educator from BlissInBirth.
To learn swaddling, bathing, burping and changing diaper for a newborn comes with just a few days of practice in the hospital and at home. The nurses at the hospital will demonstrate to you upon request, or you can join an antenatal class from hospitals.
