👩💻 How It Works
This is a 3 or 6-month private coaching package, designed to support you through the emotional, logistical, and identity shifts of returning to work. We follow a 3 weeks on, 1 week off rhythm, because growth also needs space to integrate.

We meet over Google Hangouts. You choose whether it's recorded.
These calls are deep, honest, and always guided by what you need most that week.

During your "off" week, you'll receive custom journaling prompts via email or WhatsApp to help you integrate insights, explore what's coming up, or simply reconnect with yourself.

Between sessions, you’ll get 15 minutes of spot coaching each week via text or voice message, for those “I just need to talk this through” moments.

👋 About Me: Eliza, Certified Life Coach
I became a certified life coach in 2023, while pregnant with my third child, giving birth, and caring for a newborn.
That season stretched me in every possible way. It taught me what it means to hold space for others and myself, even when life feels raw, tender, and overwhelming.
Now, I’m pursuing my second coaching certification through a US-based, ICF-accredited institution, because I believe the work I do for others deserves the same depth, skill, and integrity that I ask them to bring to themselves.
I bring together lived experience, professional training, and a deep respect for the messy, beautiful transition into motherhood and beyond. My work is rooted in empathy and focused on helping you remember who you are, not just as a parent, but as a whole, powerful woman.
Because you are allowed to take up space.

At the start of the call, I voiced my frustrations and my thoughts were all over the place. As I went along, Eliza kept helping summarise my feelings, thoughts and triggers and it started to put things into perspective. At the end of my session, I felt very much at ease and grounded which was a big takeaway for an hour of coaching. She even followed up with some pointers and wallpapers to remind myself of my core desired feelings. Would highly recommend Eliza's coaching with my own experience as I've benefited greatly from it.

I would describe it as therapeutic and a bit cathartic. You acknowledged the issue for what it is, helped to describe it in simple terms without diminishing or downplaying the issue and then forced me to kind of internalise and look within myself to understand the issue better and identify the driving force behind my actions. It is different from talking to a friend or a close family member who would usually attach an emotion to the issue and the conversation might spiral into a more emotional route.
