The guest speaker will be sharing briefly on birthing but it does not replace a full prenatal birthing class.
I would strongly recommend you to attend a prenatal birth class that is taught by a birth doula or a certified birthing educator, whom are highly certified to educate parents on this topic.
To learn swaddling, bathing, burping and changing diaper for a newborn comes with just a few days of practice in the hospital and at home. The nurses at the hospital will demonstrate to you upon request, or you can join an antenatal class from hospitals.

Lunch is only provided for the Prenatal Breastfeeding Essentials class and is non-halal.
Other workshops and classes do not include meals unless otherwise stated.
For the Prenatal Breastfeeding Essentials class, lunch is only guaranteed for registrations completed at least 7 days before the class date.
Sign-ups made within 5–7 days prior to the class may not have meals catered, as our food caterer requires at least one week’s notice to confirm orders.
