I became a certified life coach in 2023, while pregnant with my third, giving birth, and figuring out life with a newborn. It was a wild, messy, beautiful season that taught me how to hold space for others and myself, even when life feels chaotic.
Now I’m working on my second coaching certification with a US-based ICF-accredited school, because I want to bring the same depth and care to you that I’d want for myself.
