By purchasing any Tender Loving Milk Postpartum Support Package, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Package Overview

  • Tender Loving Milk offers postpartum support packages that may include:

    • In-person lactation consultations

    • Virtual consultations

    • Text support

    • Motherhood coaching sessions

    • Educational sessions

    • Complimentary partner benefits

    • Exclusive benefits

    • Discounts and promotional perks

  • Package inclusions vary according to the package purchased.

  • All services are provided subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment

  • Full payment is required before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Your package is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

  • Tender Loving Milk reserves the right to decline, postpone, or cancel appointments if payment has not been received.

3. Package Validity

  • Mini 30-Day Postpartum Support Package

    • The package is intended to be utilised within 30 calendar days from the commencement date.

  • Signature 100-Day Postpartum Support Package

    • The package is intended to be utilised within 100 calendar days from the commencement date.

  • All-In VIP Motherhood Mastery Package

    • The package is intended to be utilised within 6 months from the commencement date.

  • The commencement date shall be determined by Tender Loving Milk and is typically the date of the first consultation or first utilisation of package benefits.

  • Unused benefits will expire after the package validity period unless otherwise approved by Tender Loving Milk.

  • Extensions are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. No Refund Policy

  • All package purchases are final.

  • Once purchased, packages are:

    • Non-cancellable

    • Non-refundable

    • Not exchangeable for cash

  • This applies regardless of:

    • Change of mind

    • Changes in feeding goals

    • Early cessation of breastfeeding

    • Relocation

    • Return to work

    • Personal circumstances

    • Non-utilisation of package benefits

  • This policy exists because consultation slots, support capacity, planning, administration, and resources are reserved specifically for each client.

5. Transfer of Package

  • If you are unable to continue with your package, you may transfer any unused package benefits to another mother.

  • The transfer:

    • Must be arranged by the original purchaser

    • Is subject to Tender Loving Milk's approval

    • Must be completed within the original package validity period

  • Tender Loving Milk is not responsible for finding a replacement participant.

  • The recipient must provide all required onboarding information before services commence.

  • No refunds will be provided if a transfer is not completed.

6. Unused Services

  • Unused consultations, coaching sessions, text support, discounts, vouchers, complimentary calls, educational sessions, and package benefits are non-refundable.

  • Only unused lactation consultations may, at Tender Loving Milk's discretion, be converted into credits for eligible Tender Loving Milk products, workshops, or educational programmes.

  • Text support, motherhood coaching sessions, discounts, vouchers, complimentary calls, educational sessions, partner perks, and other package benefits are not eligible for conversion into credits.

  • Credit values will be calculated on a prorated basis using the package value allocated to each eligible service at the time of package design, rather than the standalone retail price of individual services.

  • For example:

    • The pro-rated credit values applicable only if an unused eligible service is exchanged for the purchase of Tender Loving Milk products or attendance at a Tender Loving Milk workshop are as follows:

      • Any unused 90-minute lactation consultation: $130

      • Any unused 60-minute lactation consultation or session: $100

      • The remaining package value reflects bundled text support, administrative support, educational resources, package benefits, and the effort, coordination, and administrative fees incurred in creating, managing, and maintaining the package. These bundled components are considered utilised upon package activation and are not eligible for conversion into credits.

    • Any unused eligible service may be converted into a credit based on the applicable pro-rated credit value stated above for the purchase of Tender Loving Milk products or attendance at a Tender Loving Milk workshop.

    • Complimentary benefits, bundled discounts, and bonus perks will not be included in the credit calculation.

  • Tender Loving Milk reserves the sole right to determine the allocated value of each service and the final credit amount.

  • Credits:

    • Cannot be exchanged for cash

    • Cannot be refunded

    • Cannot be transferred

    • Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise

    • Must be used within any validity period specified by Tender Loving Milk

  • Tender Loving Milk reserves the right to determine eligibility and final credit value.

7. Complimentary Benefits & Bonus Perks

  • Certain packages may include complimentary benefits such as:

    • Baby sleep education sessions

    • Partner vouchers

    • Promotional discounts

    • Exclusive member privileges

    • Special event invitations

  • These benefits are provided as complimentary bonuses and hold no cash value.

  • Unused perks:

    • Cannot be refunded

    • Cannot be exchanged for cash

    • Cannot be exchanged for alternative services

    • Cannot be credited towards future purchases

  • Tender Loving Milk reserves the right to modify or replace complimentary benefits with alternatives of similar value where necessary.

8. Allocation of Lactation Consultants

  • Lactation consultations included within the package may be conducted by any available Tender Loving Milk IBCLC.

  • Clients may select their preferred IBCLC directly through the booking page when scheduling appointments. Appointment availability will depend on the selected IBCLC's schedule at the time of booking.

  • Clients acknowledge and agree that consultations, follow-up appointments, text support, and package services may be provided by different Tender Loving Milk IBCLCs throughout the duration of the package.

  • Tender Loving Milk reserves the right to allocate, reassign, or adjust consultant schedules where necessary to maintain continuity of care and service availability.

9. Virtual Consultation Upgrade to Home Visit

  • Clients who prefer an in-person follow-up consultation may request to upgrade their 60-minute virtual consultation to a 60-minute home visit, subject to availability, scheduling capacity, and service location.

  • An additional top-up fee of SGD 30 to SGD 45 per consultation will apply, depending on travel distance, location, transport requirements, and consultant assignment.

  • The applicable top-up amount will be confirmed by Tender Loving Milk before the appointment.

  • Requests for conversion from virtual consultation to home visit should be made as early as possible to facilitate scheduling.

  • No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be provided if a client chooses not to utilise a virtual consultation.

10. Text Support

  • Text support is intended for infant feeding and lactation-related support between consultations.

  • Text support is not intended for:

    • Medical emergencies

    • Emergency clinical assessments

    • Immediate responses

    • Crisis intervention

    • Motherhood Life Coaching discussions

    • Counselling or mental health support

  • Topics relating to personal development, emotional wellbeing, mindset, relationships, work-life balance, identity shifts, confidence building, and motherhood transition should be addressed during dedicated Motherhood Life Coaching sessions where applicable.

  • Response Times:

    • Tender Loving Milk aims to respond to text support enquiries within a reasonable timeframe. Response times may vary depending on consultant availability, weekends, public holidays, leave periods, clinical schedules, and workload.

    • Text support should not be used for urgent medical concerns. If you or your baby require urgent medical attention, please seek appropriate medical care immediately.

  • Support Team:

    • To provide timely and continuous support, text messages may be reviewed and responded to by authorised members of the Tender Loving Milk support team. This may include:

      • International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs)

      • Tender Loving Milk lactation volunteers

    • By participating in package text support, clients acknowledge and consent to authorised Tender Loving Milk team members accessing relevant information necessary to provide support and continuity of care.

  • Scope of Support:

    • Text support is intended for brief guidance, clarification, follow-up support, and general infant feeding questions.

    • Where a concern requires a comprehensive assessment, clinical observation, detailed care planning, or extensive discussion, clients may be advised to schedule an additional consultation.

    • Reasonable usage is expected: Tender Loving Milk reserves the right to establish boundaries where communication becomes excessive or falls outside the intended scope of support.

  • Text support is provided for the duration specified in the purchased package and will run continuously from the package commencement date.

  • Text support cannot be paused, suspended, deferred, or carried forward for any reason, including travel, personal circumstances, hospitalization, changes in feeding goals, or periods of non-use.

  • Any unused portion of the text support period will be forfeited and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Clients who wish to continue receiving text support after their package period ends may purchase an extension at a rate of $90 per additional month, subject to availability and Tender Loving Milk's approval. Extended text support periods will commence immediately after the original package support period ends unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Motherhood Coaching Sessions

  • Motherhood coaching sessions are educational and supportive in nature.

  • Coaching is not:

    • Counselling

    • Psychotherapy

    • Mental health treatment

    • Medical treatment

    • Psychiatric care

  • Clients experiencing mental health concerns should seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

  • Motherhood coaching sessions are optional but remain non-refundable if unused.

  • They cannot be exchanged for:

    • Lactation consultations

    • Additional text support

    • Alternative services

    • Cash credits

11. Amendments

  • Tender Loving Milk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • The most current version published on our website shall apply.
