Product Sales & Business Development Executive (Part-Time, Flexible)

Location: Singapore (Hybrid/Flexible)
Employment Type: Part-Time Employee
Monthly Salary: SGD 1,200 to 1,500 (depending on experience) + CPF
Performance Incentives: Available based on business growth and sales outcomes

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Sales & Distribution

  • Identify and approach new stockists, retailers, clinics, pharmacies, and maternity-related businesses

  • Onboard and manage wholesale partners

  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships

  • Drive product placement and sales growth across offline and online channels

  • Support the expansion of distribution networks locally and regionally

2. Partnership Development

  • Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and parenting-related businesses

  • Identify collaboration opportunities that increase product visibility and sales

  • Build long-term strategic partnerships that contribute to revenue growth

  • Support partnership initiatives that strengthen brand presence in the maternal and baby space

3. Affiliate & Influencer Partnerships

  • Recruit and onboard affiliate partners, resellers, and brand ambassadors

  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and content creators

  • Coordinate product sampling, collaborations, and partnership campaigns

  • Track and support affiliate-driven sales performance

4. E-Commerce & Channel Growth Support

  • Support sales initiatives across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other digital platforms

  • Assist in executing product launches, promotions, and campaigns

  • Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion, and sales performance

  • Support the growth of online sales channels through coordinated initiatives

Requirements

  • Singaporean / Singapore PR only

  • Proven track record in product sales, business development, and partnership management

  • Strong ability to generate revenue and develop commercial opportunities

  • Experience managing B2B accounts, distributors, retailers, stockists, or strategic partnerships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently

  • Experience in FMCG, healthcare, wellness, maternal, baby, or consumer products industries is highly preferred

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop, or Shopee is an advantage
