TLM Bundle Subscription

Terms & Conditions

By joining the TLM Bundle Subscription, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. What you get

The TLM Bundle Subscription ("Subscription") is a 3-monthly subscription run by TLM Motherhood Pte Ltd ("Tender Loving Milk", "we"). In each 3-month cycle, you receive:

  • 3 bottles of TenderBiotics+, a 3-month supply, delivered together in one parcel

  • 1 free item of your choice from the Subscription gift list (section 3)

  • Free delivery within Singapore. Your first parcel also includes a free breast milk bag and breast pad samples.

2. Billing and auto-renewal

  • The Subscription costs S$159 per 3-month cycle, including delivery within Singapore.

  • Your first payment is charged when you sign up. After that, your membership renews automatically and S$159 is charged to the same payment method every 3 months, on the same date as your first payment, until you cancel.

  • We'll email you at least 7 days before each renewal to remind you of the date and amount, and to ask you to choose your free item.

  • Payments are processed securely by HitPay. We do not see or store your full card details.

3. Your free item each cycle

Each cycle, you are welcomed to choose 1 item from this list:

  • Breast pads (1 box)

  • Breastmilk storage bags, 150ml (1 box)

  • Breastmilk storage bottles (2 bottles)

  • Tender Compress (1)

  • Hydrogel pad (1)

  • Duckbill valve (1)

  • Nipple ruler (1)

How it works:

  • First cycle: choosing your item at checkout is required to complete your order.

  • Items are subject to availability. If your choice is out of stock, we'll contact you to pick another.

  • Free items have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash or credit, and can't be carried over to a later cycle.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver to Singapore addresses only.

  • Your parcel ships within 1–3 working days of each successful payment, by door-to-door courier. You'll receive a tracking link by email.

  • Please make sure your delivery address is correct. Update it with us at least 3 working days before your renewal date. We aren't responsible for parcels sent to an address you gave us that turns out to be wrong.

5. Cancelling

  • Cancel any time. There's no minimum term. To stop your next renewal, email hello@tenderlovingmilk.com or WhatsApp us at 8087 2088 at least 3 working days before your renewal date. We'll confirm your cancellation in writing.

  • Cancellation stops future payments. It doesn't refund the current cycle (section 6).

6. No refunds

  • All Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged. This includes renewals that go through because we weren't told to cancel at least 3 working days before the renewal date.

  • We can't refund unused or partly used bottles, or a change of mind, for example, if you stop breastfeeding partway through a cycle. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened health supplements.

  • Special circumstances: in exceptional cases, and at our sole discretion, we may convert the amount paid for your current cycle into Tender Loving Milk product credit instead of a refund. Product credit can only be used on Tender Loving Milk products, has no cash value, can't be refunded or exchanged for cash, and expires 1 month from the date it's issued.

7. Payment issues and price changes

  • If a renewal payment fails, HitPay may retry it. We'll also email you to update your payment method. Your parcel ships once payment succeeds. If payment still hasn't gone through after 14 days, your membership will be cancelled.

  • If we change the Subscription price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you don't wish to continue.

8. Health and storage

  • TenderBiotics+ is a health supplement. It isn't a medicine and isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It doesn't replace medical care.

  • Please consult your healthcare professional before use, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication. Take it as directed on the label. If you notice any unexpected reaction, stop taking it and seek medical advice.

  • Store below 25°C, away from heat and humidity. Refrigeration is recommended. Keep out of reach of children.

9. Other terms

  • Offers: the Subscription price can't be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

  • Your data: we use your details to process payments, deliver your parcels and send Subscription emails (renewal reminders, delivery updates and gift choices), in line with our privacy policy. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time without affecting your membership emails.

  • Changes to the Subscription: we may update these terms or end the Subscription programme. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and any cycle you've already paid for will still be delivered.

  • Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
